Contemporary Character Development Curriculum
Our team understands the need for said curriculum, as students and athletes on the collegiate level are either developing virtues that will help propel to newer levels, or vices that will
constrict and confine them from reaching their fullest potential. We believe that implementing
our CCDC aligns with your college’s mission of assisting student-athletes in becoming gutsy
leaders, life-long learners, and global citizens who could compete on a worldwide level for
career opportunities.
Aside of keynote speaking Richard and the rest of the team also provides a Contemporary (CCDC) Character Development Curriculum ‒ aimed to enhance the overall well-being of post-secondary athletes and scholars. Our curriculum is comprised of content and practices that are not only culturally responsive, but also effective as it ascends our student-athletes up the path of academic and personal achievement. As a team, we understand that character is the catalyst behind this intentional success. Within our curriculum students-athletes are impelled to be active learners, under this premise, we offer students the opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge extracted from our content. This evaluative measure has been proven to be effective as it encourages our student-athletes to make personal connections to the things that’s being imparted to them.
